After sliding down every slide in Croydon within 24 hours, an inclusive dance company is back with another fundraiser – and this time it is a ceilidh.
You do not need to bring a partner or know the dances as SlideDance’s caller will guide you through them.
But you do need a sense of humour for the event.
SlideDance co-director Gemma Coldicott said: “We have run ceilidhs before and this is the best way to get all ages dancing together in a really social way.”
The dance is taking place on Saturday, November 29, from 7.30pm to 10.30pm at Selsdon Hall, 132 Addington Road, South Croydon.
A band called Ceilidh Tree is playing the music on the night and tickets include a buffet.
Tickets are £10 in advance or £14 on the door for adults, children are £5 and under 5s are free.
