A 54-year-old man has been jailed again after breaching his Antisocial behaviour order (Asbo) for the fifth time in just over four months.
Gary Harrison, of no fixed abode, who is banned from entering Carshalton and Wallington town centre after repeated incidents of antisocial behaviour, was sentenced to eight weeks in prison by Croydon magistrates on Monday, March 5.
He pleaded guilty after being found by police at an address in Talbot Road, Carshalton, on Saturday, March 3.
He received the five-year Asbo on October 26 last year, when he appeared at Croydon Magistrates Court, charged with harassing a woman in Wallington.
But he has breached it on multiple occasions since - being jailed for a total of 36 weeks.
He has breached the Asbo again within days of his release from prison each time.
His breaches include being found drunk in Wallington town centre, and being fond sleeping a small shelter in a back garden in Talbot Road.
