Man charged after fight outside The Gander Inn, Sutton
A man has been charged following serious assault outside the Gander Inn last year.
Stephen Charles Edmonds, of Carshalton, is accused of attacking a man outside the pub on St Dunstans Hill, Sutton, in November.
The victim was joined outside the pub by his assailant as he went for a cigarette when a fight ensued.
His alleged victim was left with serious head injuries.
Edmonds will appear at Croydon Magistrates Court on February 2 charged with actual bodily harm.
