A by-election is to take place next month after the resignation of a councillor.
The by-election, for one of the three seats on Sutton Council in the Worcester Park ward, was called after Jennifer Campbell-Klomps stepped down because she is moving abroad.
She was recruited via the Be a Councillor programme which aims to encourage more people to stand as local councillors and increase the diversity of local Government.
The date of the election is Thursday, February 16.
A poll card will be sent to electors telling them which polling station they should attend and the hours of voting.
Only Worcester Park ward residents included on the Register of Electors will be able to vote.
If you are not registered, you must contact electoralservices@sutton.gov.uk or call 020 8770 4888 byWednesday, February 1, to be eligible to vote.
