A man has been charged with attempted murder after a stabbing in a car park near to Sutton High Street.
A 24-year-old was taken to hospital after being seriously injured in the stabbing in Lodge Place at around 5.30pm on Tuesday, November 22. Police have described his condition as stable.
Racey McDonald, 28, of Fleetwood Close, Tadworth was arrested on Thursday, November 24 and charged with attempted murder, robbery, possession of a bladed article and possession of a class A drug.

He appeared at Croydon Magistrates' Court on Friday, November 25, and was remanded in custody to appear again at the Old Bailey on Friday, December 23.
Two boys, aged 14 and 15, were also arrested on suspicion of attempted murder on Tuesday, November 22. They have been bailed to return to a police station in mid January.
