A man was taken to hospital after being hit by a car in Beddington.
Police and paramedics were called to Plough Lane, near the Broadway, at about 8.40pm yesterday.
London Ambulance Service treated the man, believed to be in his late 30s, for a head injury.
They also treated a woman, in her 40s, for hip injuries who was taken as a priority to St George's Hospital.
Officers closed off the road, which was reopened at about 10.30pm.
A spokeswoman for the Metropolitan Police said the man's injuries were not life-threatening or life-changing.
