A pensioner's bank cards were used on a two-day shopping spree after she handed them over to an uninvited caller.

A woman knocked on the 83-year-old's door and said she needed to see the cards, police have said.

The pensioner, from Wallington, handed them over alongside her Pin, but then lost £3,000 when the cards were used in shops in Croydon.

Officers believe a second person may have been waiting outside the woman's home when the uninvited visit was made on September 6 or 7.

The cards were used on September 8 and 9.

Police have released these images of two people they would like to speak to in connection with the spree.
