A film designed to help young women build body confidence and self-esteem has been completed.
Regional development officer for InUnity Keeley Wilcox, 26, who works out of Wallington’s Roundshaw estate, shot the film earlier this year, using real people’s experiences to inspire others to have confidence in themselves.
After having an eating disorder diagnosed two years ago, she used her own thoughts and fears as inspiration for the short film.
The short documentary, titled I Don’t Have To Be Perfect I Just Have To Be Me, can be seen at fixers.org. uk.
Miss Wilcox is also organising a fundraising event at United Services Club, Carshalton Road, Sutton, on May 5, from 7pm, in aid of MacMillan Cancer Support.
