Pupils from Overton Grange Secondary, Carshalton Boys Sports and Carshalton College, as well as Sutton and Cheam MP Paul Burstow, were at Galliford Try’s Subsea construction site in Brighton Road as part of Open Doors weekend on Friday, March 6.
The day was part of an initiative to demonstrate construction as a future career giving young people the opportunity to see what goes on behind the scenes.
