An early morning drug raid in Beddington resulted in the arrest of a 24-year-old man.
The operation was led by officers from Beddington North Safer Neighbourhoods Team with police acting on information received from the community.
Officers forced their way into an address in Oakmead Road, on Thursday March 12 and following the raid arrested a man, aged 24, for possession of a cannabis.
The arrested male was taken to a south London police station.
Safer Neighbourhoods Inspector Ian Hicks said: "Residents don’t have to suffer in silence and we will take action to put a stop to criminal and anti-social behaviour."
Those who with information about criminal activities are asked to call Sutton police station on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
