Prospective Conservative MP Paul Scully, or should that be Skål-ly, has launched his 2015 Sutton, Cheam & Worcester Park Pub of the Year competition.
Speaking from The Nightingale on Carshalton Road, winners of last year’s competition, Mr Scully said: "I enjoy the great pubs on offer locally and want them to thrive so they create jobs for local young people.
"Last year people suggested I find a way for customers to vote without having to go online, so I’m happy to announce that this year punters can vote whilst ordering their pint as well."
One voter will be chosen at random to win £100 to spend in their winning pub.
Corinne Ellerington of The Nightingale said: "Last year's competition was fun for staff and customers alike. Winning was a real boost to us all and I'm looking forward to getting involved again this year."
