Causing death by dangerous driving, causing death while uninsured, driving with uncorrected vision and driving with under inflated tyres are the charges that have been brought against the man accused of killing a 39-year-old mother from Worcester Park.

Louisa Gammie was jogging along Old Malden Lane in November 2014 when she was struck by a van, Surrey Police said.

She was taking to St George's Hosptial in Tooting by air ambulance but died in the following day, November 9.

Now, three months later, Surbiton man Shanmugarasa Vinayagasivampillai, 34, of Meadway, has been charged with causing her death.

He has been bailed to appear at Redhill Magistrates Court on March 30 2015.
