Sutton police said it was "completely out of character"
The missing man with a distinctive heart tattoo has been found safe and well in east London.
Jamie Franklin, 32, was believed to be heading to a Brighton tattoo convention on Friday February, 20, but was unable to be traced a day later.
He was found yesterday morning.
