A thriving cannabis factory was shut down this morning after police came across this scene.
Merton's safer neighbourhood team carried out a drugs warrant search in Bristol Road, Morden, this morning and discovered a room rigged up to grow cannabis.
An arrest of a 31-year-old man was made.
Officers across the borough are taking part in a second community action day today.
Teams will be holding a series of public meetings throughout the day to welcome local people and talk about any issues of concern.
They will also be doing targeted patrols, traffic events with local authority partners, enforcing road safety, deterring offences and tackling illegal waste carrier activity.
