Firefighters arrived to clean up an oil spill (Colin Hillman)
Two cars smashed into each other at the junction of Plough Lane and Croydon Road this afternoon.
There were no injuries in the collision, which took place shortly before 1.18pm.
Both drivers arranged the recovery of their own cars, and Sutton police ensured traffic continued to flow.
London Fire Brigade were called out to clear oil that spilled onto the road.
