Supermodel Naomi Campbell has been removed from a BA flight by police at Heathrow airport.
Passengers reported that she was aggressive and abusive to staff.
Campbell, 37, is known for her fiery temper but has recently been trying to change her image.
A Heathrow spokeswoman said: "We can confirm that a passenger was removed by police from a BA flight."
Last year the Streatham-born model had to mop floors at New York's Sanitation Department as a community service punishment for throwing a mobile phone at her maid.
