A 49-year-old waiter has denied sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl when she went for meals with her family at the Indian restaurant he worked in.
Babla Dey, of Selbourne Avenue, Surbiton, pleaded not guilty at South Western Magistrates’ Court on Monday, June 11, to three counts of sexual assault.
The three incidents were alleged to have happened in a restaurant in Ham between July 31, 2011, and February 1 this year.
Prosecuting, Robert Earl claimed the girl was assaulted on three separate occasions when visiting the restaurant with her family.
The case was adjourned, with Mr Dey due to appear in court again on Monday, June 25.
