Nothing to do in Twickenham this Valentine's? Take Me Out

Anyone looking for love in Twickenham can take part in the town’s very own version of Take Me Out this Valentine’s Day.

The Bear in York Street, has taken inspiration from ITV’s popular dating game show, and already have a host of lovely ladies and five single men lined-up for the event on Tuesday, February 14, but is still looking for more singles.

Speaking about the event, Tom Bensted, manager of the Bear said: “We wanted to do something a little different for Valentine’s Day and thought a Bear-style version of Take Me Out would be just the thing – it’s certainly a break from the norm.

“Hopefully it will be a great night out whether you’re a spectator or a participant. The format will be pretty much the same as the show, where girls leave their lights on if they like the look of the guy or if they no likey, then it’s no lighty. “We’ve even got a makeshift ‘Love Lift’ where the single man will descend, complete with his own choice of music.”
