Richmond Park MP Zac Goldsmith is set meet Anne Frank’s step-sister on Monday, December 12.
Mr Goldsmith will host a parliamentary lunch at the House of Commons for Dr Eva Schloss, the Auschwitz survivor whose sister became famous for her harrowing diary of life as a Jew in hiding during World War II.
Dr Schloss will meet MPs, Lords and dignitaries and reflect on her life as well as her recent accolade of being given a Women of Vision award.
Mr Goldsmith said: “Eva Schloss is one of the world’s most prolific campaigners against extremism and hatred, and I’m pleased to be able to host her in Parliament.”
