A man was killed when he was hit by a truck as he walked along the M4.
The 36-year-old was struck by a recovery vehicle on the westbound carriageway at junction 15, near Swindon, at about 5am yesterday.
The man, from the Twickenham area, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police have not yet released his name.
Wiltshire Police are investigating the incident and have appealed for witnesses or anyone with information to contact them.
