The headline on a letter by Tom Jacobs published in the July 3 edition of the Richmond and Twickenham Times referring to the public referendum and council consultation on the Twickenham Riverside proposals was inaccurate.
The headline incorrectly stated that the public referendum was not fair and a farce. The letter referred to the council consultation not the referendum. We apologise for the error and are happy to set the record straight.
