A man has been stabbed four times outside a housing estate in Twickenham.
It is believed the 29-year-old victim had a dispute with a resident of Slade House, on the Edgar Road estate, at about 8pm last night.
The suspect is thought to have left Slade House with a weapon which was used to attack the victim in the street directly outside the house.
The man is currently in hospital where he is said to be in a critical but stable condition.
Police are appealing for anybody with information on the attack to call Detective Sergeant Stuart McNaughton or Detective Constable Andy Thrower on 020 8247 7032.

A 16-year-old was arrested today and taken to Richmond police station for questioning.
