Three men due to go on trial tomorrow accused of murdering a pensioner will instead go on trial next Monday.
Jonathan Palmer, 30, Stuart Palmer, 28, and their half-brother Jason Lewin, 33, appeared at the Old Bailey charged with the murder of 75-year-old Peter Lee, of Tooting.
He died in hospital after being hit by a vehicle on June 1.
They were due to appear in court on Tuesday, November 24.
The three live at Green Wrythe Lane,Carshalton, Kew Bridge Road, Brentford and Glenthorpe Road, Morden, respectively.
All three brothers denied murder and aggravated burglary during their appearance on Friday, August 21.
