A blood-stained car at the scene
Carl O'Brien, who lives near where the stabbing occurred, said: "I only saw the aftermatch.
"I think he was up against that car."
Carmel Finn, who works at nearby O'Riordans pub, said: "It is really unusual for something like this to happen in Brentford as it is such a small place.
"The police have only just taken down the tape over the road but they haven't been in here.
"I've been here today since 11am and it surprises me they haven't come in to check the CCTV outside the pub."
Police tape was taken down outside the London Museum of Water and Steam shortly after 2pm today.
Nobody has been arrested.
