The future of St Margarets, Richmond and east Twickenham is in your hands as Richmond Council continues with its Village Plans project.

The process aims to give residents and businesses the lead role in developing planning guidance as well as wider issues in the community.

People are being invited to take part in a 'visioning weekend' and consultation, including a drop-in session and walkabout with council officers.

Richmond Council cabinet member for environment, Councillor Pamela Fleming, said: "We now want residents to have their say on the issues and opportunities within their areas.

"This will provide the basis for refreshing the Village Plans and preparing planning guidance which will itself be subject to full consultation later in the year."

The deadline to make comments is June 29. Visit richmond.gov.uk/village_plans.
