This was the aftermath in Richmond this morning after a driver came off the road and crashed into a wall.
George Street was closed northbound at about 8am after the BMW estate crashed near Vision Express.
Police, London Ambulance Service and firefighters from Richmond were called and the driver was pulled from the car.
Commuters said traffic was at a standstill while the emergency services attended and buses were placed on diversion.
Not sure how a car has planted itself into a shop but hope the drivers ok. Slowed the commute somewhat #richmond
