MP for Twickenham Vince Cable will head up a list of speakers who will address a rally against a third runway at Heathrow.
The rally in central London on March 3, staged by campaign group Hacan, will also see Green Party leader Natalie Bennett, former Conservative transport minister Steve Norris and the chief executives of Greenpeace and Friends of the Earth speak out against the runway plans.
John Stewart, chairman of Hacan, said, "This rally is intended to send a clear message to the next Government: a third runway at Heathrow is politically undeliverable.
"The opposition remains huge It is a cross-party movement with widespread popular support."
But two chamber of commerce chief executives have written to Prime Minister David Cameron questioning the suitability of his association with the rally.
MPs Zac Goldsmith, Mary Macleod and Wandsworth Council leader Ravi Govindia will also attend.
The rally takes place at Church House Conference Centre, Great Smith Street, from 7pm and 9pm.
