A man has been handed a community order after an assault at Richmond station.
Samuel Cox, 34, initially denied beating Joseph McSweeney on April 10 this year, but changed his plea to guilty last month.
Cox, of Valnay Street, Tooting, was ordered to have treatment for alcohol dependency for six months and to obey a three-month curfew from 8pm to 6am daily.
An electronic tag for three month and supervision requirement for 12 months were also imposed. Cox was also ordered to pay £350 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service and a victim surcharge of £60.
