A group of rowers were left stranded after their boat hit Barnes bridge and split in half.
An RNLI crew from Chiswick lifeboat station attended the incident shortly after 10.30am on Saturday, September 20, after the five rowers managed to get to the shore.
The boat had broken in two in the Thames and became pinned against the bridge.
RNLI helm Luke Dillon said: "We checked the medical condition of the rowers who were cold and wet, but unhurt.
"We then went and attached a rope onto the bow section of the vessel before it was towed free."
