Friends have paid tribute to a woman who died on a house boat moored at Ducks Walk in Twickenham last month.

Lori Waterworth, 24, was discovered dead on the boat in the early hours of the morning on July 31.

Ms Waterworth's friends have set up an 'R.I.P. Lori Waterworth' page on Facebook for people to pay tribute to her and leave messages of condolence.

Danielle Marie Farrar posted: "Another angel gained thier wings way too soon. R.I.P xx".

Macca Stammers said: "Such sad news still can't believe it you was a fantastic person why does good only take the good ones heaven has gained another angel may you rest in peace beautiful we will all meet you again some day sleep tight and look after yourself up there:'(".

Jordan Joyce wrote: "Rip in peace babe. You will always be in my heart. Gone but never forgotten."

Lauren Nortcliffe posted: "Miss u so much babe xx that big smile and the stuff ud say made mi chuckle xx I wil never forget u and ull always be in my heart sleep tight princess x".

Jayde O'Connor said: "Such sad news rest in peace Lori Waterworth heart goes out to ur family xxxxxx".

Police and the London Ambulance Service attended the scene and the death is not being treated as suspicious at present.

A Metropolitan Police spokesman said: "Police were called at 7am on Thursday, July 31 to reports of a woman found deceased in a house boat moored in Ducks Walk, Twickenham.

"At present the death of the woman, aged 24, is not being treated as suspicious."

Enquiries into the death of Ms Waterworth, originally from Halifax in west Yorkshire, are being carried out by officers from Richmond.

An LAS spokesman said: "We were called at 6.58am to Ducks Walk, Twickenham, and sent an ambulance crew, a single car responder and a duty station officer.

"Sadly a female was found dead at the scene."

The inquest was opened at West London Coroner's Court on Friday, August 8, and adjourned until a later date.
