Man denies peeping at woman over toilet cubicle wall
A 22-year-old man has appeared in court accused of peeping at a woman over the wall of her toilet cubicle at a building in New Malden.
Miguel Zapata Matute from London Road, Norbury, denied a charge of voyeurism by witnessing a woman doing a private act on October 20 last year.
Speaking with the aid of a Spanish translator, he denied the charge when he appeared at Kingston Magistrates Court on Wednesday, March 2.
Mr Matute was granted unconditional bail and is due to return to Kingston Magistrates' Court for a trial on April 8.
