A team of skippers from Worcester Park will show off their rope skills on CBBC this week.
The girls are part of Bouncers which trains every week in Riverview Primary School in West Ewell.
Fresh from winning medals at national competitions the team wowed presenter Ore Oduba with their display.
Charlie Blyth, 16, Lisa Kaplin and Sarah Markless, both 15, and Ashleigh Kaplin, 13, performed in front of pupils at the school armed with pom poms.
Organiser Linda Blyth said: “It is one of those sports that nobody ever hears about but it is very up and coming.
“The girls have loved it. It is very good exercise and it is one of the hardest sports you can do.”
Bouncers will take centre stage on Sportsround on CBBC on Friday at 6.10pm and again on Saturday morning on BBC2.
