Young people being treated for life-limiting conditions at Kingston Hospital will now be able to relax in an enchanted garden.
Children’s charity Momentum has given its isolation rooms a makeover, with a fantasy garden theme.
Momentum’s director Bianca Effemey said: "The look on the children’s faces when they step into the rooms is what Momentum is all about.
"Where once the rooms were quite plain and clinical-looking they have now been designed with the most beautiful wall art and murals allowing the children to escape into their own fantasy world."
Cancer survivor Tudor Morris, who was helped by Momentum, designed the treatment room.
The graphics were installed by Kingston-based Fastsigns.
