A pensioner missing from north Kingston has been found.
Vulnerable Beth Moon, 80, went missing yesterday lunchtime from the Latchmere Road area.
Local police officers and a helicopter were drafted in to search for her last night.
Mrs Moon had boarded a train and found herself in central London, a police spokesman said.
Kingston police announced Mrs Moon was found at about 9.20am, and is being cared for in hospital.
Chief superintendent Glenn Tunstall said: "Thanks to everyone who assisted in the search for Mrs Moon, and to all who re-tweeted to raise awareness."
