A clubber needed surgery for a broken jaw, had a wisdom tooth removed and a metal plate inserted in his face after an unprovoked attack in Epsom town centre.

A group of men attacked the victim, a man in his 30s, from behind, after he left the Boogie Lounge with his friends last month.

The victim was struck to the mouth and taken to the ground near the junction of Waterloo Road and Epsom High Street at about 1am on Saturday, March 25.

Surrey Police today released CCTV images of some men they would like to speak to in connection with the attack.

A group of men, described as being black, were seen to leave the scene heading in the direction of the Clock Tower, a spokesperson for the force said.
