An aspiring dancer from Epsom will perform in the quarter-final of Britain’s Got Talent tomorrow after wowing judges in the last round.

Shyam Morjaria, 18, a former Blenheim High School student, will wait anxiously to find out whether his dance troupe Khronos Agoria will make it through to Sunday’s semi-final.

Mr Morjaria, who now attends performing arts school The Brit School in Selhurst, Croydon, performs with the 21-strong dance company.

His father Bhavin Morjaria said: “He has loved to dance from a very young age and is now pursuing his dream.”

Walking out to Donna Summer’s Hot Stuff, the “crew” – as judge David Walliams described them – greeted Alesha Dixon, and delivered a routine that brought the studio crowd to its collective feet.

The group received unanimous approval from the show’s judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams, on the show on Saturday, May 14.

During Khronos Agoria’s performance, presenters Ant and Dec exclaimed from the sidelines: “It’s good, isn’t it? I really like it.”

Alesha Dixon said: “Your energy was insane.”

Amanda Holden added: “You are a real force. It felt like a piece of theatre.”

You can next see Shyam Morjaria perform with Khronos Agoria on Britain’s Got Talent on ITV from 8pm tomorrow.
