A trial date has been set for an Epsom man accused of sexual activity with a boy under 16.
Spencer Hannan, 41, from Derek Avenue, Epsom, pleaded not guilty to four counts of non-penetrative sexual activity with a 14-year-old boy during a hearing at Redhill Magistrates’ Court on Monday, April 25.
All four charges relate to alleged incidents between September 1, 2013 and December 31, 2013, and all involve the same alleged victim.
Mr Hannan will face a jury trial at Guildford Crown Court on Monday, May 23.
