London Zoo meerkat keeper Caroline Westlake, 30, from Banstead, denied a charge of assault by beating, but was found guilty at Westminster Magistrates' Court on Friday.
The fight with victim Kate Sanders, a monkey handler at the Regent’s Park zoo, is understood to be over the affections of a third zoo worker Adam Davies.
