A man has pleaded guilty to assault, racially aggravated harassment and two counts of criminal damage.
Police arrested James Flynn, 27, after being called to reports of a domestic assault at a private property in Epsom at about 12.15am on Sunday, February 1.
Flynn, of Radstock Way, Merstham, was charged, remanded in custody and pleaded guilty the next day at South East Surrey Magistrates’ Court in Redhill.
He is due to appear at the magistrates’ court for sentencing on Thursday, March 19.
Police corrected an earlier statement which incorrectly reported that he had pleaded guilty to threats to kill and theft and was due to be sentenced at Guildford Crown Court.
