A man has been released with no action taken against him after a spate of arson attacks.
The 43-year-old, from Epsom, had been arrested on suspicion of arson in connection with fires in Reigate and Horley.
On Friday, police arrested another man, 29, from Horley, in connection with the fires and he has been released on bail until September.
Operation Retinta was launched following arson attacks on six properties in Horley and Reigate.
In Horley, fires are thought to have been started at Horley Lawn Tennis Club on Sunday, June 22, Massetts Road on Wednesday, July 2, and Oakwood Sports Centre on Monday, July 21.
Over in Reigate, there was a fire at Churchfields Bowls Club on Thursday, June 26, and another blaze at Reigate Town Hall on Friday, July 11.
Old Reigatian Rugby Club was first attacked on Saturday, June 28, and again on Saturday, July 12.
Anyone with information should call Surrey Police on 101, quoting Operation Retinta.
