Fun fete raises £1k for Walton hospital
A fete organised by hospital staff and the League of Friends raised more than £1,000 for Walton Community Hospital.
Alison Edgington, chief executive of Surrey Community Health, said the money raised on July 21 was hugely important for the hospital.
David Jemitus from Walton League of Friends said: “The great thing about the summer fair was it brought together the shop staff, the hospital staff and the patients to make it a great social
event.”
