Campaigners in London are calling for a shorter working week in the capital.

Demand a Four Day Week campaign are calling for the change to be a legal right to help workers have better mental health.

Amsterdam and Brussels already have a shorter working week and research has showed there are happier staff and increased productivity.

The campaign, recently backed by the Green Party, would be similar to conditions already implemented in cities across Europe.

Speaking to the BBC, Lianne Etkind spokesperson for Demand A Four Day Week said: "If we were to move to a three or a four day week and enable more people to use their time to do a hobby, get involved in the local communtiy and participate in local democracy, that would mean better mental health."

Thanks to the bank holiday there is a four day week this week - would you like to see them all the time?
