A house in West Molesey have been closed for three months by police after a year of anti-social behaviour.
The Elmbridge Neighbourhood police team obtained a full closure order for 70 Grovelands under the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act yesterday.
The order was granted at Redhill Magistrates' Court and is in place for three months.
It prohibits anyone from entering the house, which is now locked.
An Elmbridge Beat spokesman said: "Residents of Grovelands have endured a significant amount of anti-social behaviour from the occupant over the last year and the closure of the property will protect them from further distress while we work with partner agencies for a permanent solution."
