Jack Barker, 26, from Walton was missing for two weeks
A missing Walton man who had not been seen since he was at St Peter's Hospital in Chertsey two weeks ago has been found.
Jack Barker, 26, was last seen at the hospital at about 12.10am on Monday, May 16.
A spokeswoman confirmed that he had been found on Monday, May 31.
