A shopping expansion is in the works for the current Marks and Spencer site at Brooklands shopping centre in Weybridge.
A public exhibition is currently being held by developers BAE Systems that will look to convert the warehouse at the site into other retail units.
Residents are being asked for their opinions on the extra shopping space at the site off of Barnes Wallis Drive, which at present has a Tesco Extra supermarket adjacent to the Marks and Spencer store.
The southern part of the retail warehouse is to be converted into three retail units, with one used for Marks and Spencer childrenswear, homeware departments and a cafe.
An additional 131 parking spaces are set to be added to the site.
A planning application is due to be submitted to Elmbridge Council shortly.
