Cribbins: A star indeed
The voice of the Wombles and a star of stage and screen for decades opened a new conservatory at a Cobham care home.
Bernard Cribbins also appeared on Jackanory 114 times and was the porter in the Railway Children, as well as numerous other starring parts.
He visited Silvermere Care Home on May 28, to cut the ribbon and meet residents and staff.
