Dog walkers who failed to clear up dog mess have been fined £50.
The two professional dog walkers who left the mess in Brooklands Park and Claygate Common car park were walking several dogs off the lead and did not see the dogs had fouled.
An Elmbridge Council spokesman said: "Dog mess can spread disease and parasites putting young children particularly at risk.
"We know that the vast majority of dog owners are responsible and clear up after their dog, but we are concerned that some people cannot keep a close watch on their dogs.
"It is no excuse for dog owners or walkers to say they did not see their dogs foul, they will still be issued with a penalty or prosecuted."
