A man who held his phone between the legs of a woman to take a photograph has been given a community order.
Ian Jonathan Warren, 32, of Cross Trees, Otterton, committed the offence in Weybridge in August of this year.
He appeared at Staines Magistrates' Court on Thursday, December 11, charged with committing an act outraging public decency, specifically with the purpose of recording or capturing an image, and was ordered to carry out 140 hours of unpaid work for the next 12 months.
He is also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60, and to pay £620 to the crown prosecution.
