To commemorate the centenary of the start of World War I, pupils from year 2 to year 6 visited a military cemetery to have a firsthand opportunity to learn more about the legacy of the war.
The students ranging from seven to 10 years old from St Andrew's Church of England Primary School, Cobham, visited Brookwood Cemetery, Brookwood, on Wednesday, October 22.
Rosie Saunders, history co-ordinator at the school, said: "I am passionate about history and wanted to organise something special, that all our children would remember.
