Students will stage a mock election as part of local democracy week.
Year 12 and 13 politics pupils from Heathside School, Weybridge, will run the event as three councillors stand for election.
Taking place at the Civic Centre, Esher, on Wednesday, October 15, Councillor Janet Turner, Councillor Mary Marshall and Councillor Steve Bax, will stand for election.
Each councillor will give a presentation on how they would represent young people in the borough and each will be asked to answer the same three questions set by the students.
Following question time, votes will be cast.
Councillor Mary Sheldon, portfolio holder for leisure and culture, said: "We are hoping that the mock election will inspire creative, talented and enthusiastic young people to come forward and represent their peers to shape the future of the borough."
